Back recovery before and after. I really like my back right now.

Another recovery before and after, and this was before it even got bad.
I am a 100% different person now.
Day 6: A personal before and after picture. Give yourself a nice self-affirmation for all the hard work you have done!
I made a new one, especially for this. The picture on the left is from September, when I first started this blog, sucking in and flexing as much as I could possibly manage. The picture on the right is from a couple of weeks ago, just goofing around. The difference is tremendous.
Another abdominal before and after. The before is from June, so I was probably at pretty much the exact same weight that I am now. Once again though, just distributed differently.
August - January. Probably not much difference in weight, but a biggg difference in how that weight is distributed.
Okay, this isn’t like a hardcore before and after, but those are the same jeans in October and December. I think it’s crazy how much my legs changed.
And these are my legs.
This isn’t your typical before and after. This shows me at 98 lbs with exercise bulimia, and at 105 lbs after figuring out how to be healthy. This is the difference between unhealthy and healthy, between hating myself and loving myself, between destroying my body and treating it like a temple. I don’t want anyone to ever look at this picture and think that the before is something to strive for, because trust me, it isn’t.
