How are you showing support and spreading awareness this week?
Several people have asked me for ideas, so I figured I’d just reach out to all of you and get LOTS of opinions!
Personally, I’ll be keeping the NEDA symbol drawn on my hand everyday. When random stuff is written on your hands, people ask about it. When people ask about it, I feel like I can talk about it without being obnoxious.
So what are you doing for national eating disorders awareness week?

To the people just diagnosed and struggling, I think using this week as a reason to tell people may just hep you find strength in yourself and may give you extra supporters. Tell people!
