December 2011
Midweek highlights:
I’ve been 100% faithful to no sugar. This kid isn’t getting slapped!
I got a 20/20 on my lab quiz.
I haven’t cried yet.
I had all of tomorrow’s homework done before 10pm tonight. Friday’s hasn’t been touched.
I miss Jordan but it’s not unbearable.
The feeling of accomplishment after running a mile to the gym with Ashley then lifting with the team...

Matchstick challenge catch up!
Week #2: Walking week!
On Thanksgiving day, when everyone else was relaxing in their fullness, Marrissa and I walked up the street and saw a camel and some other exotic animals, then around the block, through a cornfield, around the block again, and back to my aunt’s house. It was a good walk.
Week #3: Meal makeover!
This one wasn’t intentionally done for the challenge, it was...
Holy crap.
My first serious lifting experience.
I think I might die.
Then I almost punched my roommate’s boyfriend in the face. He plays lacrosse and was basically implying that what we did was easy.
WE LIFTED FOR TWO HOURS AND NONE OF US CAN LIFT OUR ARMS NOW. Obviously it was not easy.

simplygraceeee asked: do you have a roommate in college?
herprivatehell asked: I love the slap bet thing, lol. Have you always had this good relationship with your parents? Because you seem to be a very "family" person.

11/28/11 intake
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, plain oatmeal, apple. Lunch: Plain Greek yogurt, blueberries, fiber one cereal. Snack: Protein bar, apple. Dinner: Raw cucumbers, peppers, and carrots, a piece of cod, an apple. Snack: A Kashi bar.
Sugar free week has evolved.
My dad is now involved as well, and it is now a slap bet.
Meaning that for each time one of us eats sugar this week, both of the other participants earn one free butt/thigh slap on the cheater whenever they please.
So we can think to ourselves,”Is that cookie really worth getting slapped, possible even in public?”
obsessedwithfitness asked: What are your sugar free meals?
Math class, why you so cold?
augustus-gloop asked: Are your parents still losing weight like they were back in the summer? asking because your mom looks lovely in the photo you posted!

Reason #9 why my boyfriend is the best:
“If I let missing you keep me from doing stuff I’d never do anything ever.”

Jordan and Marrissa make my night.
I haven’t laughed that hard in a while.
And Jordan stole my ODP pants to match his jacket. And now he looks like a soccer player and girls are going to hit on him.
But I stole one of his XC t-shirts which will just make runner guys hit on me so it evens out.

My mom and I are going sugar free next week.
Just a little post-holiday detox. Which means I’ll need to revamp my school breakfast as it currently includes raisin bran.

Reason #8 why I love my boyfriend:
After watching an entire movie with him sitting up and me laying with my head in his lap, I sat up and he promptly rearranged so we were both laying down and cuddling. I said, “Why didn’t you cuddle with me the whole movie?!” and he said, “I didn’t want to make you move.”
Also, this afternoon my dad said something about me and Jordan doing something at 9pm...

Excited for Thanksgiving part 2 tomorrow.
Running in the morning, then eating lunch with just my immediate family (which includes Marrissa, Kate, Miles, and Jordan), then putting up Christmas decorations with my momma <3
I really missed Jordan today.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone
I am thankful for each and every one of you.
bodypanic asked: Does Jordan like making sandwiches for you?
Things I love:
Jordan.
The feeling of success I have after spending 3 days on a 24x36” collage with Jordan and no one dying.
Making sandwiches for Jordan.
Being home.
Miles.
The way Miles smiles when me and Jordan walk in the room.
The fact that Miles always wants to jump when I’m holding him because he knows I like to throw him around.
Running.

Reason #7 why I love my boyfriend:
Scene: Carly is about to go running, and puts on a jacket.
Jordan: Where’d you get that jacket? Me: ODP. Jordan: What size is it? It looks big. Me: It’s a small, it just runs big. Do you want it? Jordan: Yes.
And that is the story of how my boyfriend stole my jacket straight off my body.
So one of the girls that I played soccer with...
And by played I mean never stepped foot on the pitch. And she hated it and isn’t going to play next year.
I, on the other hand, played for the next to last team in the conference, loved every second of it, and can’t even dream of not playing.
Winning sure isn’t everything.
Collage making until 1am, second night in a row.
It got easier once we got going. It turned out that my compulsions and Jordan’s compulsions never conflict, they just cover every aspect of this creation. Therefore it is perfect.
How many INTJs does it take to create a work of...
ONE. PLEASE JUST ONE. JK, Jordan and I are collabing and trying not to kill each other. He’s still adorable.
runsonveg asked: What is your favorite food? :)
uncoveringhealthy asked: What's the difference between homeschooling and unschooling? And if you have kids, do you think you'll homeschool them? Congrats on the good grades, btw. Keep it up!!

jordoooo asked: What is it like to play soccer in college? I'm a freshman right now. I've played club since I was 9 and I'm deciding if I want to continue with club soccer so college coaches can see me or stop and just play intramural soccer in college. It sounds like a huge commitment!
errae-deactivated20120417 asked: Why would you reblog something someone clearly worked hard on just to make fun of it? If you can't say something nice, you shouldn't say anything about it at all.

Just started air alert again :)
W1D1, done. With excruciating pain from my achilles. I need to ice that sucka tonight or else Cassy isn’t going to let me do anything. My athletic life is dictated by a 95 pound blonde woman. Sigh.
Oat bran with a cup of blueberries, a half scoop...
I love being home.
14 hours with Jordan today.
Not complaining. And he’ll be back first thing tomorrow :)
