So, I become an adult this month. With that in mind, I’m going to try to make some productive changes to my life.
Health/fitness:
More veggies! I eat too much fruit.
More food in general, especially on days that I have soccer games.
Continue to stick with air alert.
Be faithful to the lean & lovely challenge and the dirty dancing challenge (which I am hella excited to start).

And I won’t lie, I walked a bit of the worst hill because I forgot my quad brace and I’m a lazy loon sometimes. But hey, first outside run this year. Not so bad.
