Day 14 - What are the things that hold you back...
Recently, it’s been that I’ve just felt lazy. I’d rather read or play guitar or take pictures than work out. But not long ago, I would to wake up 7 to run 3 miles every morning. I couldn’t deal with going a day without working out. I ran 5 miles a day through the most excruciating calf injury I’ve ever endured. But that was twofold. It got to the point that exercise...

I don't normally eat too many carbs as it is, so I won't crave them anyway... but yeah, fingers crossed I can keep up with a daily exercise routine - i've done it before, i'm sure I can do it again! :)

If I were to, say, exercise for an hour a day, whether it be jogging, aerobics, wiifit, muscle training, yoga, dancing, walking - anything! And cut out carbs, do you reckon I would start to see progress soon?

I spent my week planning a wedding, baking...
I also had zero time to work out. Needless to say, I feel terrible. At the moment I still have 8 people staying at my house, and we’re having one last get together tomorrow (where hopefully all of the leftover food will get eaten) and then I’ll have time to myself again all next week. So here’s my plan: I’m going to eat perfectly clean, all next week. I need to get this...

Day 13 - What do you think you could improve to...
It would probably do me a lot of good to stop eating candy. I eat SO healthy - except for my jelly beans/sour gummy worms weakness. It’s not like I eat a ton of them, but I could probably save 100 calories a day or so if I stopped eating those two things. Also, I know that if I started running every day again, I’d be at my goal in a heartbeat. I’m just having a hard time finding...
